Not Quite my Mamaw's cloth....

We have been wanting to use cloth diapers on our babies for quite some time now, but have not been able to have a time or money to make the initial investment in the buying of them, but I ordered my first batch last week and they came the day after Lily did and they are precious! I thought I would include some pictures of them as nobody besides my sweet Mamaw Clark can understand why I would WANT to do that! I just love them and anyone wanting to know what we need for the baby can be told that money for cloth diapers or gift certificates to greenmountaindiapers.com!

More Lily-bug...

Here are a few more pictures of Lily's first days to share with you guys who are far away....

Lily Ann Faith is here!

Miss Lilly Ann Faith made her debut on May 20th @ 5:56 am weighing in at a whooping 6lbs and 7oz and 18inches long. She is such a little peanut like her sister was! We are so excited to welcome her to our ever-growing crew.
Here are the proud Poppa, Big sis and brother. They can't keep their hands off of her and want to change her clothes all the time and help wherever they can! Gracie actually on her own made everyone a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch today! --My big helper! ;0)

We chose the names Lily and Faith from the Matthew 6 passage dealing with us not worrying about what tomorrow will bring, but instead having Faith in the Lord like the lillies. And Ann was my momma's middle name and we wanted to honor her memory by using her name for our sweet little girl.

Resurrection Sunday!

What a blessed day to be a momma and be allowed the privilege of teaching my children about Christ's redeeming love for us! We started our day with cross shaped pancakes (which I will make ahead an freeze next year!--took alot of time!) and we gave the big kids their brand new-very own Bibles. They were so excited to get them. We had to take them away to get dressed! Then off to worship at Cornerstone Baptist and lunch at Mamaw and Papaw's house complete with the family favorite of Mamaw's deviled eggs! It was a good day!
